Copies of Contract Documents to CM/GC. Without charge to the CM/GC (but reimbursable to the Design Professional, pursuant to Paragraph 4.1.3.2), the Design Professional shall furnish to the CM/GC one set of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings, and one copy in read-only electronic format.
Copies of Contract Documents to CM/GC. Without charge to the CM/GC the Design Professional shall furnish to the CM/GC up to twenty-five sets of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings and, if requested, one copy in read-only electronic format. The CM/GC may obtain such additional sets of Contract Documents, as the CM/▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ necessary and shall pay the cost of reproduction of such additional sets to the Design Professional. Marked-Up (“As-Built”) Documents. Prior to Final Completion, the CM/GC shall provide one complete set of Marked-Up Documents to the Design Professional. The Marked-Up Documents shall consist of the Contract Documents annotated and changed to reflect the as-built condition of the Project, including all Change Orders, field instructions, answers to RFI’s, clarifications, sketches, delegated CM/GC design drawings and locations of utilities and other hidden elements.
