Copies of Digital Geographic Products. 1. The Participants have decided to provide each other on request with digital geospatial information (matrix, raster or vector). Each exchange is a subject to a written request and it is the providing Participant’s right to decide whether the particular digital geospatial information will be provided. 2. The Participants have decided that their paper products may be scanned by the other Participant for its own usage. A written approval of providing Participant is not required in this case. 3. The Participants have decided that it is forbidden to scan map products for usage by the third Party unless the providing Participant will provide the requesting Participant with a written approval.
Copies of Digital Geographic Products. 1. The Parties have agreed to provide each other on request with digital geospatial information (matrix or raster). Each exchange is a subject to a written request and it is the providing Executive Body’s right to decide whether the particular digital geospatial information will be provided. 2. The Parties have agreed that their analogue products may be scanned by the other Party’s Executive Body for its own usage upon the written approval of the providing Executive Body. The request shall include the intended use and the number of copies to be printed of the so created products. Any commercial usage is not permitted.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above.   • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Existing Products Except as set forth below, Contractor shall retain all rights, title and interest in Existing Products.

  • Catalog Information about Hawthorn University is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. Hawthorn University reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in Hawthorn University, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.
