Copies of Leases, Contracts, Other Information. As soon as practicable, Seller must deliver to Purchaser or provide Purchaser access to all of the documents and reports identified in Exhibit D attached hereto to the extent the same exist and are in Seller’s possession or control. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, Seller is under no obligation to create any additional data or documentation or obtain any reports for Purchaser.
