Copies of Policies. As soon as reasonably practical following the Distribution Date, Demand Media, at its own expense, shall provide to Rightside copies of all Rightside Specific Policies and all Combined Policies. At any time after the Distribution Date, upon the reasonable request of Rightside, Demand Media shall provide to Rightside copies of all other documents related to any Rightside Specific Policies or any Combined Policies (in each case, including without limitation, certificates of insurance, insurer quotes and documents provided to underwriters).
