Common use of Copies of Product Data Clause in Contracts

Copies of Product Data. Upon the reasonable written request of QMT, VIRIDIS will provide to QMT copies of all Product Data that VIRIDIS would reasonably provide publicly to the market or to customers or potential customers during VIRIDIS’s marketing of Products. For purposes of this Section 7.2, any Confidential Information of VIRIDIS or a Third Party may be redacted from such Product Data prior to delivery to QMT.

Copies of Product Data.
