Common use of Copies of Registration Statements and Prospectuses Clause in Contracts

Copies of Registration Statements and Prospectuses. The Company will provide the Holder with a copy of the Demand Registration Statement or Piggyback Registration Statement, as the case may be, and any amendments thereto, and copies of the final prospectus included therein in such quantities as may reasonably be required to permit the Holder to sell his Registerable Securities after the Registration Statement or Piggyback Registration Statement, as the case may be, is declared effective by the Commission.
