Copies of Resolutions. Minutes, By-laws and Policies adopted by the Council which affect the employees in the bargaining unit or the terms of the Collective Agreement, will be forwarded to the National Union Representative and the Local Union Secretary. This Article shall not apply to any matters which are dealt with by Council in an "in camera" session or is otherwise confidential in nature.
