Copies of Responses. Within a reasonable time frame prior to submission of responses to any regulatory authority on product safety issues regarding Daclizumab, a copy of a near final draft response will be provided to the other party for review. Final copies of responses submitted to any regulatory authority will be provided to the other party within five (5) business days of document finalization.
