Copies of Rules and Regulations. The City shall provide the IAFF with a copy of all written rules and regulations pertaining to employer- employee relations that are applicable to bargaining unit members. New rules or regulations or changes to existing rules and/or regulations shall be provided to the Union fifteen (15) working days prior to the effective date to give the Union time to review and request bargaining as may be applicable.
