Copies of the evaluation. A teacher shall be given a copy of any evaluation report prepared by his/her evaluators before any conference to discuss it. No such report shall be submitted to the Superintendent’s office, placed in a teacher’s file and otherwise acted upon without prior conference with the teacher. No teacher shall be required to sign a blank or incomplete evaluation form.
