Common use of Copies to Port Clause in Contracts

Copies to Port. If Airline makes any disclosure, or provides any report, to any governmental agency concerning Airline’s storage, use, generation or disposal of Toxic Materials on the Airport property or other Port property, Airline shall concurrently also provide a copy of such disclosure or report to the Port.
