Common use of Copy Documents Clause in Contracts

Copy Documents. Each copy document: (a) specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 (Conditions precedent to signing of this Agreement) to the Senior Bridge Facility Agreement relating to the Company which has been delivered to the Senior Bridge Agent pursuant to clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent) of the Senior Bridge Facility Agreement; (b) specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 (Conditions precedent to signing of this Agreement) to the Senior Secured Bridge Facilities Agreement relating to the Company which has been delivered to the Senior Secured Bridge Agent pursuant to clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent) of the Senior Secured Bridge Facilities Agreement; (c) specified in Part 1 of Schedule IV (Conditions precedent to signing of this Agreement) to the TLB Credit Agreement relating to the Company which has been delivered to the TLB Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5.1 (Conditions Precedent to Effectiveness) of the TLB Credit Agreement; and (d) specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent to signing of this Agreement) to the RCF Facility Agreement relating to the Company which has been delivered to the RCF Agent pursuant to clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent) of the RCF Facility Agreement, is correct, complete, in full force and effect and has not been amended or superseded as at the date of this certificate. 31 July (the “Company”) 30 July 2021 at 7:30 a. m.
