COPY OF AGREEMENT AND FINANCING STATEMENT. The Borrower acknowledges receiving a copy of this Agreement and waives all rights to receive from the Agent or any Investor a copy of any financing statement, financing change statement or verification statement filed, issued, or obtained at any time in respect of this Agreement.
