Common use of Copy of Documents Clause in Contracts

Copy of Documents. Except for proxies and other non-substantive communications, the Company shall furnish promptly to Acquiror a copy of each notice, report, schedule or other document or communication delivered, filed or received by the Company in connection with this Agreement, the Arrangement, the Interim Order or the Company Meeting or any other meeting at which all the Company Shareholders are entitled to attend, any filings made under any applicable Law and any dealings or communications with any Governmental Entity or stock exchange in connection with, or in any way affecting, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Except for proxies and other non-substantive communications, each of the Company and Acquiror shall furnish promptly to Acquiror the other a copy of each notice, report, schedule or other document or communication delivered, filed or received by the Company it in connection with this Agreement, the Arrangement, the Interim Order or Order, the Company Meeting, the Acquiror Meeting or any other meeting at which all the Company Shareholders Securityholders or Acquiror Stockholders are entitled to attend, any filings made under any applicable Law and any dealings to, with or communications with from any Governmental Entity or stock exchange in connection with, or in any way affecting, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
