Common use of Copy of the Plan Clause in Contracts

Copy of the Plan. By the execution of this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any applicable law, then such provision will be deemed to be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it legal, valid, and enforceable; and if such provision cannot be so modified, then this Agreement will be construed as if not containing the provision held to be invalid, and the rights and obligations of the parties will be construed and enforced accordingly.
