If we consider that our Copy Trading Services are not suitable for you as a result of the Suitability Assessment, in accordance with our obligations under Applicable Law and our internal policy and procedures, or if you do not provide us with the required information to conduct the Suitability Assessment, you will not be able to enter into copy trades on the NAGA platform. 16.4. We may update your Suitability Assessment from time to time. If there has been a change to your knowledge, experience, financial situation, or investment objectives, including your risk tolerance, you should advise us, so that we can update your Suitability Assessment.
