Common use of COPY TRADING Clause in Contracts

COPY TRADING. 16.1. You should read Schedule B that applies to the Copy Trading Services in the event you use this Service. 16.2. The Company takes no responsibility or liability, of any kind, regarding any technical issues that may arise during the copy trading process, including but not limited to any potential profits or losses that may occur by using this service. 16.3. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence prior to engaging in copy trading and understand that any losses incurred are your sole responsibility. 16.4. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions regarding who you may follow and/or decide to copy any trades from and the Company will not be held responsible or liable for any losses that may result from those decisions. 16.5. You are solely responsible for monitoring and/or checking your own trades and/or copy trades, which may be opened or closed while engaging in copy trading services of the Company and the Company will not be held responsible or liable for any losses that may result from those decisions and/or actions and/or omissions. 16.6. The Copy Trading Services is a limited form of discretionary investment management. This means that, before you can engage in a copy trade, we are required to assess whether our services are suitable for you (the "Suitability Assessment"). This is done by obtaining from you information about your investment knowledge and experience in copy trading, your investment objectives, including your risk tolerance, and your financial situation, including whether you can financially bear losses consistent with your investment objective. 16.7. If we consider that our Copy Trading Services are not suitable for you as a result of the Suitability Assessment, in accordance with our obligations under Applicable Law and our internal policy and procedures, or if you do not provide us with the required information to conduct the Suitability Assessment, you will not be able to enter into copy trades on the NAGA platform. 16.8. We may update your Suitability Assessment from time to time. If there has been a change to your knowledge, experience, financial situation, or investment objectives, including your risk tolerance, you should advise us, so that we can update your Suitability Assessment.
