Corner Location Sample Clauses

The Corner Location clause defines the precise position of a property or premises by referencing its location at the intersection of two streets or boundaries. In practice, this clause is used in real estate contracts or leases to clearly identify a property that occupies a corner lot, often specifying the names of the intersecting streets or the relevant boundary markers. Its core function is to eliminate ambiguity regarding the property's location, ensuring both parties have a mutual understanding of the exact site being discussed or transferred.
