Correcting errors. If we incorrectly apply a payment or credit to your Account, make an incorrect payment to you or anyone else on your behalf, or make any other error regarding your Account, we may correct the error. We may do so by making adjustments to your Account; requiring you to repay us for any incorrect payments, credits or transfers; or taking any other actions we determine are appropriate to correct the error. You will cooperate with us to correct any of these errors.
Correcting errors. If we discover an error in the processing of any transaction, you authorise us to amend your Account activity and/or allow the submission or receipt of payment instructions or other information (whether via your Payment Method Issuer or otherwise) to correct such an error. For the purpose of this section, we do not consider a transaction to be made in error if you have mistakenly made a payment.

  • Correction of Errors Contractor shall perform, at its own cost and expense and without reimbursement from the District, any work necessary to correct errors or omissions which are caused by the Contractor’s failure to comply with the standard of care required herein.

  • Correction No corrections shall be made in the tender documents. Any corrections that are to be made shall be made by crossing the incorrect portion and writing the correct portions above with the initials of tenderer.

  • Correction of Defects 35.1 The Engineer shall give notice to the Contractor of any Defects before the end of the Defects Liability Period, which begins at Completion and is defined in the Contract Data. The Defects Liability Period shall be extended for as long as Defects remain to be corrected. 35.2 Every time notice of a Defect is given, the Contractor shall correct the notified Defect within the length of time specified by the Engineer’s notice.
