Correction of Conditions. Seller has not received any written notice from, and there are no grounds for, any association, declarant or easement holder requiring the correction of any condition with respect to the Property, or any part thereof, by reason of a violation of any other restrictions or covenants recorded against the Property. Seller is not in default under any such document, nor, to Seller’s knowledge, is any other party subject to any such document.

Correction of Conditions. Where agreement is reached as to the existence of an unsafe or unhealthy condition, the Employer shall attempt to correct it within a reasonable time utilizing existing budget funds. If no budget funds are available, the Employer shall request sufficient funds in its next budget.

  • Satisfaction of Conditions The conditions precedent set out in Section 6.1, Section 6.2 and Section 6.3 shall be conclusively deemed to have been satisfied, waived or released at the Effective Time.
