Correction of Personal Data. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Participant has the right to ascertain whether the Hong Kong Employer holds the Participant’s personal data, to obtain a copy of the data, and to correct any data that is inaccurate. The Participant may also request the Hong Kong Employer to inform the Participant of the type of personal data that it holds.
