Correction Period. A. For a period of one (1) year from the date of Substantial Completion of the Work or a designated portion thereof, unless otherwise stated in Substantial Completion Notice(s) from OWNER, the Contractor shall remedy at the Contractor’s expense any failure to conform to the Contract requirements or any defect.
