Corrections, redesignations etc. Subject to any necessary IPE Member and/or Clearing Members consents, LCH shall use its reasonable commercial endeavours to process all necessary corrections and re-designations agreed between the Parties of IPE Contracts permitted and notified in accordance with the IPE Regulations and the LCH Regulations and the LCH Procedures.
