Corrective Action Plans. AHCCCS and the Contractor may collaboratively develop a corrective action plan to address a breach of this Agreement. The Contractor will implement the corrective action plan to bring performance into compliance with the Agreement in accordance with the corrective action plan, and within a reasonable timeframe.
