Common use of Corrective Amendment Clause in Contracts

Corrective Amendment. The Issuer and the Holders have jointly identified the following technical error in Section 8.01(d): there is a specific reference to “Section 6.01(m)” that was intended by the parties to be a reference to Section 6.01(l). Accordingly, effective as of the Closing Date, Section 8.01(d) is hereby amended by replacing the reference to “Section 6.01(m)” with “Section 6.01(1)”.
