Corrective Maintenance. Applicant shall correct, repair or replace any part or parts of the constructed Project which the District determines were not constructed in accordance with the approved plans, construction notes and specifications, or which the District determines to be defective or of poor or unworkmanlike quality. In addition, Applicant shall correct any soil subsidence or erosion problem which the District determines occurred in connection with the construction of the Project.
