Corrective Measures Sample Clauses

The Corrective Measures clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for addressing and remedying any deficiencies, non-compliance, or failures identified during the performance of a contract. Typically, this clause requires the party at fault to take specific actions within a set timeframe to correct the issue, such as repairing defective work or implementing new processes to meet agreed standards. By establishing a clear process for rectifying problems, the clause helps ensure that contractual obligations are met and provides a structured approach to resolving issues before they escalate into larger disputes.
