Common use of Correctness of Warranties Clause in Contracts

Correctness of Warranties. All representations and warranties contained herein (except, for purposes of Loans made after the Closing Date, those representations and warranties which specifically relate solely to facts in existence or actions to be taken on the Closing Date), or otherwise made in any Loan Document, any Borrowing Base Certificate or any agreement, instrument, certificate, document or other writing delivered to the Lender in connection herewith or therewith, shall be true and correct with the same effect as though such representations and warranties had been made on and as of the date of such Loan.
