Common use of Correctness of Warranties Clause in Contracts

Correctness of Warranties. All of the representations ------------------------- and warranties of the Shareholders and MRL contained in this Agreement, and in any document or instrument delivered in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, were true and correct when made and shall be true and correct at and as of the Closing Date (except such representations, warranties and matters which are specifically limited by reference to an earlier date and were true and correct as of such earlier date).
