Correspondence and statements. 7.1 We will send you paper statements of your payment transactions in the English language, showing any transactions on your account during the period at the frequency you have chosen,. If you do not wish to receive monthly statements, you can ask us to provide statements quarterly, six monthly or annually when opening the account. If you change your mind about how often you wish to receive your statement , you can tell us at any time.
