Common use of Correspondence Between Association and Employer Clause in Contracts

Correspondence Between Association and Employer. (a) Except where otherwise specified in this Collective Agreement, correspondence between the Association and the Employer arising out of this Collective Agreement will pass between the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the President of the Association, or their designates. (b) Where written notice is specified in this Agreement, the University’s internal mail will be used when signatures are necessary and the University’s e-mail system may be used when signatures are not necessary.
