Corrupt and Fraudulent Practices. 28.1 Bidders are required to furnish the complete and correct information/ documents required for evaluation of their bids. If the information/ documents forming basis of evaluation is found to be false/ fake/ forged, the same shall be considered adequate ground for rejection of the bids and forfeiture of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ money deposit. 28.2 OWNER requires that the CONTRACTOR observes the highest standard of ethics during the execution of Contract.
