Common use of Corrupt Gifts and Fraud Clause in Contracts

Corrupt Gifts and Fraud. 36.1 As soon as either Party becomes aware of or suspects the commission of any Prohibited Act in the performance of the Services or otherwise, that Party shall notify the other Party. 36.2 The Council’s Representative shall have the right to require that the Service Provider suspend from any further work on this Contract any person reasonably suspected of fraudulent action or malpractice.
