Corrupt Gifts and Fraud. 19.1 As soon as either party becomes aware of or suspects the commission of any Prohibited Act in respect of the provision of the Services it will notify the other party. 19.2 In circumstances where a person employed by the Contractor is reasonably suspected of having committed a Prohibited Act the Contractor’s Representative will provide to the Council such information as is reasonable to satisfy the Authorised Officer that appropriate action has been taken to safeguard the Service Users or the Council.
