Common use of Cost Allocation Plan Clause in Contracts

Cost Allocation Plan. Allocation of all direct and indirect costs must be in accordance with the requirements of applicable Federal cost policies. The County’s cost allocation plan must be reasonable, documented in writing, and include allocation of County-wide indirect costs. All County costs submitted for reimbursement must be allocated in accordance with these plans, consistent with the CSB and applicable Federal regulations or procedures as approved by the Federal government.
