Cost Allocation Plan. The Contractor shall submit an electronic copy of their Cost Allocation Plan in the SPARC online portal within thirty (30) calendar days of signing the Contract. The Contractor shall resubmit the plan when material updates are made to the plan. The plan must be reasonable and documented in writing in a Contractor-wide cost allocation plan. Contractor costs must be allocated in a manner consistent with their plan.
