Common use of Cost and Interest Clause in Contracts

Cost and Interest. All costs, expenses and expenditures including the legal costs incurred by the Landlord as a result of any default by the Tenant shall forthwith on demand be paid by the Tenant as Additional Rent together with interest, at the rate specified in Section 4.4(e), from the date any such costs, expenses and expenditures are incurred by the Landlord until the same are fully paid and satisfied.
