COST AND PAYMENTS. 7.1 The cost of the Services is up to $[****] ($[****] with a rebate of $[****])or up to $[****] if the placebo manufacture are not required (section 2.5 b)). The Client shall pay Corealis for these Services to the extent their performance has been pre-approved in writing by the Client.
