Common use of COST EXTENSION Clause in Contracts

COST EXTENSION. The Prime Recipient may request the ARPA-E Contracting Officer to authorize a one-time, no-cost extension of this Award. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the ARPA-E Contracting Officer at least 60 days before the end of the project period. The ARPA-E Contracting Officer may, at his or her discretion, grant or deny such requests. Any no-cost extension will not alter the schedule of quarterly milestones and objectives in Attachment 3 to this Award.
