Common use of Cost Imputation Clause in Contracts

Cost Imputation. Ameritech will impute costs consistent with the rules under Section 224(g) of the Act. XVI.22 Structure Access Center. Requests for access to Ameritech Structure shall be made through Ameritech's Structure Access Center, which shall be Focal's single point of contact for all matters relating to ▇▇▇▇▇'s access to Ameritech's Structure. The Structure Access Center shall be responsible for processing requests for access to Ameritech's Structure, administration of the process of delivery of access to Ameritech's Structure and for all other matters relating to access to Ameritech's Structure.
