Common use of Cost Increases Clause in Contracts

Cost Increases. The Employer will pay any increased insurance costs up to and including ten percent (10%) per year for the total combined cost of Medical-Hospital, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Welfare which is currently set at $867.27 for single coverage ( $853.27 + $14.00).
