Common use of COST ITEMS Clause in Contracts

COST ITEMS. The cost items contained in this Agreement shall not become effective unless appropriations necessary to full fund such cost items have been enacted by the General Court in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 150E, Section 7 and allocated by the Governor to the University of Massachusetts, in which case the cost items shall be effective on the effective date provided in this Agreement.

COST ITEMS. The cost items contained in this Agreement including Article 10, Article 11, and Article 16 shall not become effective unless appropriations necessary to full fully fund such cost items have been enacted by the General Court in accordance with Massachusetts General LawLaws, Chapter 150E, Section 7 and allocated by the Governor to the University Board of MassachusettsTrustees, in which case the cost items shall be effective on the effective date dates provided in this Agreement.
