Cost Limits. Pursuant to paragraph 62S-2.075(3)(b), F.A.C., project planning expenses, such as application preparation, , architectural and engineering fees, permitting fees, project inspection fees, and other similar fees are eligible Project costs provided that such costs do not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the total Project cost. These costs must be incurred between the Agreement Begin Date and the Project Completion Date. i. Applicants may seek reimbursement for costs related to the required approval under the National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”). These expenses are considered planning expenses, and are included in the 15% of total Project cost limit set forth in Rule 62S-2.075(3)(b), F.A.C. All eligible planning expenses related to NEPA approval must be incurred within 180 days of the Effective Date of the Agreement. 8.
