Common use of Cost of Delivery Clause in Contracts

Cost of Delivery. Customer shall pay upon invoice, in the case of shipment by common carrier, all freight, shipping, transportation and insurance charges and any and all charges incurred after delivery of Products or Rental Products to the common carrier, or in the case of delivery by TMS, using its own vehicles and personnel, TMS’s standard shipping rates in effect at the time of shipment.
