Common use of Cost of Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Cost of Monitoring. The Participating Jurisdictions shall share the costs of any monitoring determined by the Participating Jurisdictions to be beneficial to the interests of all of the Participating Jurisdictions. Participating Jurisdictions shall develop a budget for any monitoring that shall be included as part of the annual Work Plan.
