Common use of Cost of New Services Upon Relocation Clause in Contracts

Cost of New Services Upon Relocation. The Commission shall reimburse the employee upon production of receipts on the following: (a) The cost of connections for plumbing, gas and electrical appliances to existing facilities. (b) The cost of alterations or modifications required to existing facilities to allow hook-up of plumbing, gas and electrical appliances up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100).
