Common use of Cost of Operations Clause in Contracts

Cost of Operations. Except as expressly provided in paragraph 2.1, all costs incurred after the Effective Date by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Beta, if authorized by this Agreement, in the furtherance of the acquisition or maintenance of Leasehold Interests in the Prospect Area, including Leasehold Acquisition Costs, will be shared by the Parties in the proportions provided in paragraph 2.1 prior to Payout, and paragraph 2.2 after Payout.
