Cost of services consumed. The Tenant must pay to the suppliers, and indemnify the Landlord against, all charges for electricity, water, gas, telecommunications and other services consumed or used at or in relation to the Premises, including meter rents and standing charges, and must comply with the lawful requirements and regulations of their respective suppliers.
