COST PRINCIPLES AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS. a. The Consultant agrees that 48 CFR Part 31, Contract Cost Principles and Procedures, shall be used to determine the allowability of individual terms of cost. b. The Consultant also agrees to comply with Federal procedures in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. c. Any costs for which payment has been made to the Consultant that are determined by subsequent audit to be unallowable under 48 CFR Part 31 or 2 CFR Part 200 are subject to repayment by the Consultant to C/CAG. d. When a Consultant or Subconsultant is a Non-Profit Organization or an Institution of Higher Education, the Cost Principles for Title 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards shall apply.
