COST RECORDS. In accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, the Contractor shall maintain full and complete records of the cost of services performed under this Agreement. Such records shall be open to the inspection of the Commission or to the appropriate federal agencies after reasonable notice, and at reasonable times.
